Terms of Service

Abdemdi Trades is operated by ABDEMDI TRADES LLC and provides wholesale catalog, product line sheet, and order form design. Deliverables are digital PDFs.

Project scope and payment

Plans are one-time design fees. A project brief is an inquiry. We confirm the number of pages and products, revision rounds, file format, price, and timeline before starting. Additional work may require a separate quote.

Client materials and approvals

Clients provide accurate product details, wholesale terms, and materials they have the right to use. Review prices, product codes, and ordering terms in the proof before approval.

Digital delivery

The service covers design and file delivery. Clients handle printing and buyer orders. We do not guarantee retailer acceptance, orders, or sales results.
